Arrival Time
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and the full appointment fee will apply.
Cancellations/Reschedules
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Thank you for understanding that last-minute changes impact other clients waiting for appointments.
Gift Certificates
Elite Aesthetics offers digital gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed online. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Lost Property
Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you. Elite Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for lost or unclaimed items.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third parties.
Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds are offered on services, products, or gift cards.
Promotions
From time to time, promotional offers may be available. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and may be withdrawn without notice.
The Right To Refuse Treatments
Elite Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
Children
Due to the clinical nature of the treatments and environment, children under 16 are not permitted during appointments. This ensures the safety of all clients and allows for a calm, professional space for treatments.
